Each unit has 2 independent feeds from Transformer and Diesel Generator controlled by a dedicated switch gear. These feeds also have meters that measure usage of each power source independently. This also helps in managing defaulters of applicable charges effectively.

Cost of Diesel/Litre- 250 Naira

Average Generator Runtime/day- 4.5 Hours

Yearly Cost of Diesel- 6,075,000.00 Naira

Yearly Cost of Diesel/Unit- 1,215,000.00 Naira

These estimates are based on economic and prevailing factors and may change in line with the direction of these indices.

Insurance- Fire and Special Perils Insurance Policy is undertaken by the developer for first year. However, each Unit pay the relevant portion on the insurance for subsequent years on an ongoing basis. This is estimated at N100,000.00 Annually.

· What other Energy source can be introduced by New Owner/Occupant?

Battery Inverters are allowed at the discretion of new owner/occupant, however installation needs to be in line with provisions made and guided by KAP Homes Engineers. Other Energy Sources like independent Diesel or Petrol Generators are prohibited within the premises.
